For every order we make, we apply a batch label to each roll or pack of labels that includes a part number, quantity and batch code, this provides full identification and traceability complying with ISO9001:2015 requirements. We are able to supply products to a precise specification such as fanfold, sheeted, rolls and inside wound.

All labels are shrink-wrapped before being boxed to allow maximum protection from water, dirt and damage and each box is labelled with a ‘box contents’ label.  We have a long history of direct shipping to end users on behalf of our trusting customers.

Technology

Rewinder / Inspection

We boast two Rewind / Inspection machines in-house, a Daco 330 and a BGM Elite iSR.  Both machines have an inspection platform to ensure product quality throughout each run and can count by number of labels or linear metres per roll. They are capable of finishing rolls on 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 40mm, 44mm, 50mm and 76.2mm cores with a maximum web width of 450mm.

Parkland TC40 core cutter

We cut all our cores in house on our semi-automatic Parkland TC40 core cutter.  Our cardboard cores have white inners, diameters available are 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 40mm, 44mm, 50mm and 76.2mm which can all be cut to the exact width of every roll of labels we manufacture to maintain roll strength and quality. Plastic cores are also available on request.

We offer 76.2mm cores with your own branding printed on the inner paper, this can be your logo, email, website etc. This service provides a professional looking product with brand promotion and easy repeat ordering.
